All sales made by Fairweather Johnson, LLC (“Seller”) to you (“Customer”) are governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise indicated in writing by FairweatherJohnson, LLC.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC operates a wholesale division that distributes blank apparel primarily for the decorated apparel industry, including screen printers, embroiderers, promotional product distributors, and direct-to-garment printers.
Once a customer sets up an account, we may request additional information, including but not limited to a resale certificate. The approval process may take 2–3 business days.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC also operates a Custom / Private Label / Full Package division. If you’d like to add value to blank Fairweather Johnson garments through screen printing, contrast stitching, custom labeling, or custom-knit imagery—or if you want to drop ship a retail-ready item with your brand in the neck label and on the packaging—we can support that.
We offer embellishment, tagging, size wrapping, and polybagging, provided you meet style-specific minimums and terms.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and FOB Fairweather Johnson, LLC’s warehouse, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all orders will be shipped at the prices prevailing at the time of shipment.
Any pricing disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Disputes raised after 30 days are considered waived.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes,fabrics, or packaging without notice. Slight color variations may occur between orders.
All orders must be prepaid unless the customer has been approved for credit terms through our factoring service. Approval may take several days. For expedited orders, we recommend paying by credit card.
Wholesale pricing reflects a 3% discount when paying by cash, check, eCheck, or on approved net terms. Orders paid by credit card will be charged standard pricing.
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and business checks. Check payments require prior approval. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
For credit card orders submitted via email, we require a copy of the cardholder’s ID and a completed authorization form.
Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge or the maximum allowed by law. Customers are responsible for collection costs, including attorney fees.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) are usually shipped the same day via UPS Ground. Shipping times may vary due to order volume or other uncontrollable factors. Bulk orders may take longer.
There is no minimum order quantity for wholesale blank apparel. Orders can be placed online at www.fairweatherjohnson.com or via email at info@fairweatherjohnson.com.
Customers will receive an order confirmation by email. If not received, the order was not processed—please contact us to confirm.
Changes to orders in process will be treated as new orders. Cancellations or changes after packing are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not offer free freight. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping cost estimates are subject to change based on size, weight, and delivery location. Residential deliveries may incur additional charges.
If using a preferred shipping method or your own account, please indicate so during checkout or on your purchase order.
Refused or unclaimed shipments, or those returned due to customer error, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Local customers may pick up orders by calling Customer Service at (909) 973-0058. Please confirm order status before arriving.
Orders not picked up within 3 days will be canceled and restocked with a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25).
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Free freight does not apply.
Customers may only sell Fairweather Johnson products through approved channels. Unauthorized online sales or distribution may result in account termination.
Customers must inspect and test products prior to bulk decorating. Most garments are dischargeable, but testing is recommended due to potential variation in results.
All garments have tear-away tags and care labels. Follow all care instructions for best results.
We use a FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system. Garment specifications may change over time.
Garment-dyed items have natural variations in texture, color, and finish due to special dyeing and washing processes. These are intentional and not considered defects.
Colors may transfer. Wash separately and avoid contact with light fabrics and surfaces.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including war, natural disasters, labor disputes, or material shortages.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may substitute it at our discretion.
All sales are governed by these Terms & Conditions. Any conflicting customer terms are rejected.
Modifications must be made in writing and authorized by Fairweather Johnson, LLC. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining terms.
Acceptance of these terms occurs via electronic signature or during account registration. These Terms & Conditions and any invoice represent the entire agreement between Fairweather Johnson, LLC and the customer.
