All sales made by Fairweather Johnson, LLC ("seller") to you ("customer") are governed by the below Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise indicated by Fairweather Johnson, LLC in writing.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC has an apparel wholesale division. This division distributes 100 % recycled blank apparel primarily for the decorated apparel industry, which includes, but is not limited to, screen printers, embroiderers, promotional products, direct to garment printers. Once the customer sets up an account, we may need additional information including but not limited to a copy of the resale certificate. The account approval process may take up to 2-3 business days.
A Second division of Fairweather Johnson, LLC is the custom / Private label side / Full Package division. If you would like to add value to blank Fairweather Johnson garment with silk screen printing, a contrast stitch, special labeling, or custom knit images. Or drop ship an item that is Retail ready. This item would have your name in the neck and on the box. It could be embellished, tagged, size wrapper and poly bagged. This can all be done if you can meet a style specific minimums and the Terms. Prices are in US Dollars, and FOB T Fairweather Johnson, LLC. warehouse, unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be shipped at prices prevailing at the time the order is shipped. Any price disputes should be notified to T Fairweather Johnson, LLC. in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Any disputes and claims brought after 30 days regarding price shall be deemed time barred and waived.
Based on demand and sale, Fairweather Johnson, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes, fabric and/or change packaging, without notice. Slight variances in color can occur from order to order.
Please contact your Sales Representative/Customer Service or log in to your account for up-to-date pricing information, stock levels, restock dates on any item. Prices, product availability and delivery conditions are subject to change without notice.
All orders must be prepaid unless pre-approved for credit terms. We offer credit terms on orders approved by our factor. The Approval process for terms may take several days, for rush orders we recommend paying by credit card.
Wholesale prices shown reflect a 3% discount from our standard prices when purchasing orders using cash, check, Echeck or established net terms. Orders paid by credit card will receive standard prices.
We accept payments through all major credit cards, wire transfers, cashier's or business checks. Acceptance of checks, requires prior approval from Fairweather Johnson, LLC. Accounts with returned checks for any reason, will be charged $35 per each occurrence. For orders placed via email, to be paid by credit card, we require a copy of the cardholder's identification and completion of the credit card authorization form, for your own protection and security.
Payment for ordered goods is due and payable pursuant to the time period/terms specified on the invoice and these Terms & Conditions. A service charge of 1½ % per month or the maximum permitted by law will be charged on all payments for goods not received within the numbers of days specified on the invoice. Customers shall be responsible for all costs, expenses, collections agency commissions, and reasonable attorney fees that Fairweather Johnson, LLC may incur in the collection of any past due invoices. Fairweather Johnson, LLC. in its sole discretion, may terminate customers' accounts at any time should a breach of these terms and conditions occur.
All orders received by 12:00 PM (PST) are usually shipped the same day, through UPS Ground. However, shipping times may vary due to high volume of orders, and/or unforeseen circumstances and factors, outside our control. Bulk orders may require additional time.
There is no minimum order quantity on wholesale blank apparel. The quickest way to place and process orders is online at www.fairweatherjohnson.com Customers can also email us the purchase orders at info@fairweatherjohnson.com.
Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once they place an order online. If you did not receive an order confirmation, we did not receive the order. Please contact Fairweather Johnson, LLC if you do not receive an order confirmation. An invoice is emailed once the order ships and has the tracking number on it. Customers are also able to check their order status online in their account.
Any additions to existing orders, already in process will be considered a new order. Any cancellations or changes, once the order is in process or packed, is subject to handling and restocking fees of 15%.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC ships to both commercial and residential addresses and offers NO Free Freight.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping delays, non-delivery, damage or loss caused by the carrier, during shipping.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC will not be responsible for shortages occurring, when shipments are directed to a third party other than the customer. Customer is responsible for all freight charges, FOB Fairweather Johnson, LLC Warehouse.
Ground freight costs provided during checkout or quotations are estimates, and subject to variations based on size, weight, dimensions, locations and other factors. Residential deliveries carry a surcharge.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC reserves the right to choose the ship method and/or carrier, for orders which qualify for Free Freight. Samples and special sales/promotional items may not qualify for free freight.
Additional carriers such as FedEx are offered, however, the online checkout system only offers UPS as the primary shipping carrier. If you wish to choose a different carrier or want to use your own UPS account, please let us know by contacting us or providing instructions in the comments section, during the checkout process and/or providing clear instructions on the purchase orders. Please call and advise, if you have a specific shipping preference or have an urgent request. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refused and unclaimed shipments or those returned due to customer error, are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
Local customers are welcome to coordinate pick up, by contacting customer service at (909-973-0058). Please check your order status online or call ahead for pick up time and order status, before arriving. Please call and advise, if you have a specific shipping preference or have an urgent request. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders not picked up within 3 days of notification that the order is ready for pick up, will be canceled and restocked with a 15% restocking fee (minimum charge of $25). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the contact information on the account/order is up to date, so our customer service representatives can get in touch with you, when needed.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC ships worldwide, however, customers are responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes and are responsible for clearing customs. International orders do not qualify for Free Freight. Freight for orders placed online will be added and charged, prior to shipping.
Customers are prohibited from selling Fairweather Johnson, LLC products other than through a Fairweather Johnson, LLC. approved channel of distribution, violation of this condition may result in immediate termination of customers’ accounts. Only those customer internet sites authorized in writing by Fairweather Johnson, LLC may sell and advertise Fairweather Johnson, LLC products. Fairweather Johnson, LLC. also reserves the rights to prohibit Fairweather Johnson, LLC products from being advertised and/or sold via the internet.
Customers must inspect and conduct their own testing on all products prior to purchasing or decorating in bulk.
Most of our products are dischargeable. Customers are encouraged to test samples prior to proceeding with production. Due to various mechanical procedures, environment and/or chemicals used, could cause differences in results. This is considered normal.
All of our products come with a tear away tag and have care instructions. Care instructions for each product may vary so please check the neck label for accurate information.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC may make periodic updates to garment specifications. Current inventory may include a balance of garments from a previous specification. We follow and ship by FIFO practice (First In, First Out)
The Garment dyed garments have an authentic look and feel through special dye and mineral wash processes, which creates unique and natural variances in texture, distress, and shade. These are intentional and are NOT considered defective. Please take care as the colors may transfer. Wash separately. Avoid contact with pale fabric & surfaces and follow our care instructions carefully.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Fairweather Johnson, LLC be liable to the customer for any loss of profit, interruption of business, or any special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising in contract (including breach of warranty), in tort (including strict liability or negligence) or otherwise, even if Fairweather Johnson, LLC has been notified OR otherwise made aware of the possibility of such damages.
Fairweather Johnson, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery or in its performance under these terms and conditions or otherwise due to any cause beyond Fairweather Johnson, LLC reasonable control, including, without limitation, any act of war or civil insurrection, national emergencies, acts of God, fire, explosion, storm, earthquake, flood, embargo, riots, sabotage, industry wide strikes, lockouts, labor difficulties, supplier failures, unavailability or shortages of materials, or governmental acts (collectively, "Force Majeure"). Where any product scheduled for delivery becomes unavailable as a result of a force majeure event, Fairweather Johnson, LLC may, at its sole discretion, substitute such product with a comparable product.
All purchases and sales of Fairweather Johnson, LLC products to customers shall be made solely on these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be applicable in full to all such purchases and sales. All terms and conditions contained in any purchase order or similar order form from customer are hereby rejected by Fairweather Johnson, LLC in all respects. Any modification, supplement, or amendment of these terms and conditions shall be made in writing by T Fairweather Johnson, LLC. authorized management representative only. Any term or provision of these terms and conditions that is invalid or unenforceable in any situation shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the offending term or condition in any other situation. Acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be confirmed by electronic signature, or acceptance when registering an account on Fairweather Johnson, LLC. website. These terms and conditions and Fairweather Johnson, LLC invoice contain the entire agreement between Fairweather Johnson, LLC. and the customer, and supersedes all previous contracts or agreements between Fairweather Johnson, LLC and customer. Customer agrees that Fairweather Johnson, LLC. is not bound by any representation, promise, condition, inducement or warranty, express or inducement to included above.
